As the Electronic Resources Coordinator, I work in the Resource Sharing department. My primary responsibilities include managing our eBook program, Commonwealth eBook Collections (which includes the OverDrive K-12 Shared Sora Collection) and supporting the statewide databases via frontline troubleshooting support for member libraries and coordinating training opportunities.

During a typical day, you’ll find me responding to member library questions about our electronic resources that MLS provides, communicating with our program vendors, updating spreadsheets, running reports, and purchasing titles for the OverDrive K-12 Shared Sora Collection.

One special project I am working on (with another colleague) is the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our organization. This CRM will allow us to keep better records of our member libraries in an effort to provide better all around support and value to our members.

Outside the office Tressa’s watching…

I have recently gotten back into watching Jeopardy! and I’m enjoying the rotating slate of guest hosts.

and enjoying trips to…

I have been to Hawai’i two times (Kauaʻi several years ago and O’ahu just before the pandemic hit). I want to go back and visit the rest of the islands! There’s so much to do and explore. This photo was taken from the lighthouse trail at Makapuʻu Point, the easternmost point on O’ahu.
