Introducing Sara Kelso! She is the Head of Reference at the Peabody Institute Main Library in Peabody. Recently we had a chance to ask Sara what attracted her to Project SET.

“I found out about Project SET when a professional I admire entered the program last year. I see her as a motivated leader in the library world, and could see how it has been a benefit in her everyday work. I believe Project SET will help me build confidence, problem-solving skills, and allows me to forge new connections with others in Mass. Libraries. I expect to emerge a better leader, a more effective instructor, and a more informed librarian. I was intrigued by the structure of the Project SET program, and knew it would be good to challenge myself working in these groups toward the final project. I also sincerely hope Project SET helps me find my voice while eliminating (some of) the fear of public speaking!”
