Digital Commonwealth Annual Conference – April 26, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Danvers
Join us for an information-packed day on starting and maintaining a digital collection of your valuable archival materials. You will learn how to start and manage the process, find interns, win grants, and choose the right online software for your institution. You will hear from large organizations with large collections and what small institutions with small collections can learn from their experience. Our keynotes this year are Steve Puglia from NARA and Franziska Frey from RIT who will share their considerable knowledge of digital objects and project management.
The Massachusetts Library System (MLS) is cosponsoring the event and providing support for this conference to expand continuing education opportunities for our membership. This event is presented in partnership with the Massachusetts Library Association and is a preconference to MLA’s Annual Conference.
