Please use the form below to share information with the Massachusetts Library System about your product offerings that might be a match for our online content program. MLS, in conjunction with its partners and participants, funds statewide databases and the eContent Program.
MLS is currently supporting statewide contracts with three vendors: Encyclopedia Britannica, Gale Cengage Learning and Proquest. Those contracts end June 30, 2017, and we expect to begin discussions about new contracts in 2016.
MLS plans to expand the MA eBook Pilot Project beginning July 1, 2014. After the first year, we hope to be in a position to consider additional vendor partners. However, at this time, we are only funding to continue existing vendor relationships. We are, however, actively working with those vendors partners to expand content offerings from publishers.
Note that we are unable to directly respond to all inquiries. MLS follows a member-driven process to add content offerings to its member libraries. Your submission will be reviewed through that process, and we will be in touch if our members see a good match for their needs.
