Word of Mouth Marketing Participants Announced

We are pleased to announce the twenty five member libraries chosen to participate in the immersive Word of Mouth Marketing Program. Participants were chosen from over 70 applicants to reflect the diverse characteristics of MLS member libraries. The participants are:

In April, teams from each library will come together for initial training and will begin drafting their Word of Mouth Marketing Campaigns, which the libraries will execute over the course of the program.
