CE and Advisory Services Year in Review

The results are in:  in FY 12, MLS provided 313 continuing education events in which 4,169 staff members participated. We focused on developing more online offerings, with a nearly 300% increase from 11 to 30 online sessions since FY 2011.

Our advisory staff spent 2384 hours engaged in contact with members, either responding to questions by phone, email or visiting on site, representing a 16% increase over 2011. Advisory services respond to demand and their use reflects our members’ requests.
